Br\u00fcel & Kj\u00e6r Vibro has reported a modernisation of the condition monitoring infrastructure at Sk\u00e6rb\u00e6k Power Station in Denmark. The plant replaced a legacy system with a SETPOINT\u00ae solution based on the AVEVA\u2122 PI System\u2122. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main idea behind this type of modernisation is to make vibration and operating data available in a unified environment that supports monitoring of critical machines and informed maintenance decisions. SETPOINT\u00ae can stream vibration data to an AVEVA\u2122 PI Server, allowing historical and real-time data to be viewed together.
