ADASH Improves the AIDY Pro AI Workflow for Vibration Diagnostics

adash aidy pro

ADASH has published an update to the AI-powered part of the ADVISOR platform in DDS software. The improved AIDY Pro workflow is intended to provide clearer, more structured and more practical support when interpreting vibration diagnostics results.

According to ADASH, AIDY Pro now works better with ADVISOR results, DDS machine data, spectra, trends and user-provided machine context. The listed improvements include clearer diagnostic conclusions, more practical maintenance recommendations, improved root cause guidance and a better distinction between confirmed findings, likely causes and open uncertainties.

The practical value of this approach is that artificial intelligence is not used as a replacement for vibration diagnostics, but as an additional support layer on top of real measurement data, expert logic and machine context. This can be especially useful for maintenance teams that need to understand machine condition more quickly and decide what should be checked next.

For industrial plants, power generation, service teams and customers already using ADASH DDS, such functionality can support everyday diagnostics, speed up analysis and help document maintenance decisions more consistently.

SPECTRI sees such developments as an important part of the future of vibration diagnostics — not as an automatic replacement for the expert, but as a tool that can make analysis more accessible, understandable and consistent.
