This month SPECTRI specialists were invited and took part in an international conference organized by our partners Envirosuite in Lisbon, Portugal.
Learn more about noise maps, their uses, and how they're made!
The measurement of arm-shoulder vibration and whole-body vibration is critical to ensuring the safety of workers in industrial plants.…
We present to you the new video of our fellow vibrodiagnocians from ADASH. The video visually presents and explains the process of balancing machines on site.
Last year our partners at HBK introduced the MEMS Velocity Sensor, but now they are releasing their new MEMS Velocity Transmitter.
With the help of SPECTRI's accredited noise measurements, another client of ours was able to defend their rights to acoustic comfort in court.
Noise Patrol is a universal and easy-to-use system designed to automatically measure external noise from the exhaust system of road vehicles…
Last week SPECTRI monitored the noise from industrial sources according to art. 34 of Ordinance № 54 of 13.12.2010...
Manually-scanned level measurements are becoming increasingly popular for level measurements in field sound insulation surveys. Compared to measurements at fixed microphone positions, manually-scanning reduces the number of separate microphone positions required for a sound insulation survey and typically reduces the total survey time. It also eliminates the need to carry a tripod for the sound level meter. There is even evidence that manually-scanned measurements are more repeatable than measurements at fixed positions*, particularly at low frequencies.
To help those involved in architectural and environmental acoustics, sound and vibration expert Hottinger Brüel & Kjær (HBK) has designed the HBK 2255 Sound Level Meter...
