Brüel & Kjær Vibro has announced that a major international pharmaceutical company has selected BKV Beyond®, its cloud-based condition monitoring and remote diagnostics solution, for critical production machinery. The system will be used to monitor equipment involved in the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
The initial installation is already transmitting machine data to the BKV Beyond® platform, with the possibility of expanding the monitoring solution to additional production facilities. The system combines continuous machine condition monitoring with remote analysis by B&K Vibro specialists, providing access to expert vibration diagnostics without requiring all diagnostic activities to be performed by on-site personnel.
This development highlights the growing importance of remote condition monitoring and predictive maintenance in modern industry. Such solutions are particularly relevant to pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing and other highly automated manufacturing facilities where equipment reliability, reduced unplanned downtime and production continuity are critical operational priorities.
